I needed a set of Monk's Robes for a friends wedding. Ohio Celtic fest was coming up in Waynesville, OH on June 16-18, 2017. I found a vendor that had what I wanted, Authentic Wardrobe. On their website the Monk's Robes were listed at $240.00. I went to the festival on Sunday morning and found their tent. They did not have the specific robes I wanted (Inquisitors Robes in black and white) but had them in their shop. I had taken out $300.00 in cash to pay for the robes. When the saleslady called her boss, she was told the prices was now $350.00. I balked but she said she would waive the $25.00 shipping. I agreed and paid her $300.00 in cash and had $50.00 taken from my debit card. As of August 20, 2017, I do not have my merchandise or a refund. I spoke to the owner twice on the phone and emailed them twice with no response. I just want a refund at this point and will never deal with this vendor again.
