Ordered Taylor Swift pajamas from Aurelle & Bloom (aurelleandbloom.com) in January 2025. They arrived and were OK. In May 2025 I got an alert from my credit card company saying that Aurelle & Bloom were trying to charge my card $29.99. I denied the purchase. Looking back in my records, I saw they charged me in March and April for a total of $60. I am trying to get those charges removed.

My fiancé tried to order 2 sets of pajamas off the website and he never received a confirmation email for it with a receipt and didn’t have an account under them. Then it automatically set up a “membership” that was not mentioned anywhere in the order for $30 monthly.
