I had ordered two "Hand Blown Dale Chihuly Glass Modern Lights" from ATY Home Decor. What I received was a box of glass pieces (two broken) and two wall-mounted bases. I contacted customer service and told them I didn't think it had to be assembled when I bought it, there were two broken pieces and there were no instructions. They sent a one-page photo of how pieces were to be attached, but no order of what went where. When questioned, they said it was a "DIY" project, and I could assemble the pieces any way I'd like. I told them that was like ordering a Picasso print and being sent a canvas and a few cans of paint. When I told them I was very unhappy with the lamps, they encouraged me to submit a claim with the delivery insurance company whose coverage they required me to purchase: "...you can get full refund without having to return the product." I refused and requested a return label, which arrived addressed to an entity in San Jose, CA. After advising me I would not get a refund until the lamps landed in China, I received a refund of $600 (out of the $812 I paid).

Their website no longer advertises the pieces as "Dale Chihuly" glass, it is now "Murano" glass. The Chihuly name was apparently pirated, and I suspect the Murano name is also. This company is a fraud - avoid at all costs.
