I received a phone call from 844-475-2806

Man by the name of Brian called me asking about a debt from 2008 rhat i camt remember and ill be served papers for in next few weeks. He said it will cost me 5900 if they take me to court or 1500 if I did payment with them or I can pay 800 now and resolve the issue. I stated I needed to talk to my wife and ill call back tomorrow. It is tomorrow and the phone is constantly busy.. when i loom this number up , it comes back as a scam .

The message was intended for my son. Charlie Adams was calling on behalf of attorney Wilson Taylor claim to have a case number which is 413–5034. If my son did not contact the attorney, he would receive a failure to appear in court. My son does not live at home. He has a family of his own.

Calling in regard county processor serving papers to appear in court, call came from 973-619-9723 to call back to this number of 877-401-6008 with a case number the lady verified some information which was old address and last four digits of social security number. Being sued from Bank of America from non-payment from four years ago.

Phone call came from 986-444-1399, and said to call back at a different number - 877-401-6008. Caller (Charlie Adam-son) stated they were calling from the County Processor (no county name) and gave a court case number and stated “My name is Charlie Adam(son) calling on behalf of the county processor office this cause regarding court documents that have been filed under case number 4153732. The attorney in charge of this case is Wilson Taylor, and their office number is 877-401-6008. The reason for my call inform you that we attempted to serve you with the legal documents requesting that you appear in court however, the documents were returned from the address we have on file in order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court, as well as further legal complications, we strongly suggest you contact the attorney in charge of your case mentioned at the beginning of this call she'll be able to provide you with additional details regarding the court summons. You will also be asked to provide your case number”
