I found the shed broker Dimitri Psaras on facebook market place. We negotiated the products and pricing through email, phone, and messenger. I sent a deposit of $9500.00 to Attorney James Schultz and Dimitri Psaras to build and deliver 10 sheds, that were later suppose to be enrolled in a rent to own program. I did not receive my products or any refund. I have filed a police report, I have filed a small claims law suit and I have not received any restitution. James Schultz cashed my checks and I have proof of him cashing, Dimitri Psaras was the broker and was suppose to have the sheds built and delivered. Neither of them is taking responsibility for returning my money. I have been pursuing this for over a year now. I am a single mother with 2 children one who is sick and I don't have money to waste. These sheds were to be built as tiny homes to rent out to help me provide for my family. I have filed a grievance complaint in the state of Connecticut against the attorney.
