Can't say is was a scam and was my fault for buying from a place that will not refund. I bought two caps that looked good on the website but they were absolutely the worst cap I have ever seen. I would caution anyone that is trying to buy sports items from this company.

There is not address provided in the website for contact us! I do not know if it’s in the USA or what country. I make order on December 14th of 2024, it did indicate up to 15 days for the item to be shipped. I can only communicate via email so I emailed them regarding the order, JillA said it was out for delivery today Jan 21, 2025, that’s 38 days and it is not here! I requested a contact number to speak with a supervisor or manager, JillA said unfortunately they did not have a contact so I requested my money back! They have my credit card information and everything. I believe I have been scammed.

Ordered college basketball jersey on 2-26/24. Website claimed shipment would occur in 3-7 business days UNLESS item was personalized and could be 10-15 business days. Reached out on 10th business day via email as that was only listed contact information. Received email back 48 hours later saying jersey could take up to 15 business days to ship, no additional information. REached out twice more via email, no response and no way to leave a review online. Called my bank to dispute charges for no item being shipped.
