Their website contains multiple FAQs about refunds and subscription cancellations, all directing customers to email them. I followed these instructions and provided as much information as possible, but after six attempts to resolve the issue, they stopped responding altogether.
Upon researching further, I found Reddit threads claiming this service is a scam, with others advising to resolve the issue through my bank by canceling my Apple Pay and card. I feel this business engages in deceptive practices and lacks transparency in handling customer disputes.
