E[protected] [protected] called me from this phone 901-[protected], claiming to be from the IRS to collect an Offer In Compromise. When I asked why he was calling from a phone that pulls up his business Aspiring Hope, a [protected], https://www.aspiringhope.org/: he stated he was having a hell of a time calling me and something was wrong with IRS' phone system, then when I pressed on how to pay online he attempted to give me another webpage other than the IRS' payment portal. E[protected] knew my Offer Number, which is troubling, and he knew what amount I owed but was off a little on the payments and couldn't tell me who the name on my paperwork from the IRS was. That's when I ended the call.

Litigation is to follow for permitting a fake and absolute outrageously false posting of libelous and false information. Scampulse.com does not have a legitimate contact method to discuss frivolous and libelous information allowed to be posted on their website, therefore litigation action is to follow for removal of libelous post.
