Elijah Strong called me from this phone 901-461-8357, claiming to be from the IRS to collect an Offer In Compromise. When I asked why he was calling from a phone that pulls up his business Aspiring Hope, a Charity 501(c)3, https://www.aspiringhope.org/ - he stated he was having a hell of a time calling me and something was wrong with IRS' phone system, then when I pressed on how to pay online he attempted to give me another webpage other than the IRS' payment portal. Elijah knew my Offer Number which is troubling and he knew what amount I owed but was off a little on the payments and couldn't tell me who the name on my paperwork from the IRS was. That's when I ended the call.

Litigation is to follow for permitting a fake and absolute outrageously false posting of libelous and false information. Scampulse.com does not have a legitimate contact method to discuss frivolous and libelous information allowed to be posted on their website, therefore litigation action is to follow for removal of libelous post.
