They deleted their site but i just found another with a new name that is identical to the one that was deleted. This is the new site: https://www.kyniper.com/ I just want people to be aware that they will not receive their product nor a refund when order appears to be delievered

I purchased this item and never received it. I contacted the post office and they have no record of the tracking number the comapny gave me. When I contacted the company regarding this they informed me that they are helpless and lost the item. They offered me inly a 25% refund even though I have not received any part of my package. I deserve to have a full refund as this is considered stealing money.

The company claimed to deliver an item that was never received. I requested a replacement or full refund. Initially, the company said I would receive a replacement. It teh changed to offering to give me a percentage off another purchase. This amount changed 3x. It went from 25% off, to 45%, and then 55% off.
