I ordered sea glass Christmas trees and received plastic trees that light up. When I contacted them about it, first they asked for pictures, which I sent. Then they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase and a long description about how they were sorry it was "slightly different" than what I had ordered, and said the new colorful lights they put in these were better than "the advertised one" and I should give it a try. I explained that I didn't order plastic trees that light up. I ordered sea glass trees. Even the receipt of my purchase had a picture of a tree made out of sea glass. Not plastic that lights up. Still getting the run-around via e-mail. No customer service number listed. Upon further digging, I found an address on their website that is in 56 garrick drive london england se28 0eq, but says that is not an address for returns. From what I can tell, the advertiser is not on facebook anymore, but I found the "reviews" tab is still active and filled with people who received the same thing I did. We are exchanging comments and some were offered $6 for $50 purchase. Others say they were offered more each time they rejected an offer. I'm going to continue to try to get money back. PayPal and Visa both say to work with the retailer first. And I'm told that since I received a product, Visa might not be able to help either. I will keep trying. Want people to know this is a scam. They do not give us what is advertised.
