Messages to my autistic nephew trying to make friendship and get affectionate then asking for credit card numbers, bank account information, CashApp information, gift cards and any other form of money saying that they were on a hardship and they need money. Said that she could be the woman on my nephew's dreams and trying to take advantage of an autistic person who does not recognize these types of scams.
The scammer used some Amazon gift cards that he gave "her"; luckily they didn't get to use the credit card and debit card that he had also sent "her". My sister was able to cancel everything before getting charged.
The number was reported and blocked but that did not prevent from getting more messages from that person asking for the cash tag and routing number on the cash app.
The WhatsApp chat shows as a business account.
the person at the other end kept referring as Babe, so they are probably chatting with multiple people that they can't even address by name.

After completing resume posting online, this caller out-of-the-blue called and tried to get me to say "yes" into the phone several times. Within minutes of my resume posting, first call came from 516-218-8046 and called herself Ashley saying she was from an educational institution and wanted to ask me a few questions. Minutes after her, "Emma" called from 516-217-9758 saying she was from an agency that could help me and wanted to ask a few questions. As soon as I answered by repeating their names, they hung up.
