Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

This company called me multiple times and sent me multiple emails offering me a $20,000 loan, I have very bad credit and I've been turned down everywhere else that I know is a legit business. They offered me the 20,000 with no effort whatsoever on my part and said I only needed to Pay for insurance to a broker $1263.36. That's when I started to do some research and found out that that area is known for money upfront for a loan scams.

They call u and tell u ur approved for a loan of $10.000 or more.and they don't have preapproval.then ask u for a fee of 8% of ur loan.then they email u documents and then ask u to go to a major bank to finalize the contract.and they don't exsist on Google maps.
