My experience is similar to Dee6381 above. The ad was misleading. The chainsaw turned out to be only a sharpener. What's more, it only works on chainsaws having two holes in the chainsaw bar and does not work on ones that have only one hole. Ad that I bought from did not state that. The sharpener does not work on any of my five Stihl, Poulan, Black & Decker, and Craftsman chainsaws. When I asked to return, they gleefully told me the postage would exceed the value of the item. Filed a complaint but they fought tooth and nail over $33.96. What a ripoff.

I responded to an advertisement on I believe fb. It showed a car jack device with an impact gun, flashlight, jack, battery and charger all advertised for a low price of 35.00$. I bought this item and a couple of weeks later I received this cheap, black what they called a tool box! when they finally returned back to me, they tell me that is what I ordered! The picture I picked on the page is just that. I said that would be a stupid purchase for 35$! I stated I want a refund and he says it wouldn't be worth it because shipping will be just as much if not more to send it back! In much choice words. I said my lawyer will be contacting them, I was calling the BBB to report them, FBI and whoever else might listen. I've asked him if he knew Karma and if he didn't he was going to meet her soon.
[email protected] is the email he is using at this time. Fb needs to be regulated by someone or something. They allow these scammers to advertise and stay advertising! Why? they probably get a kick back on this stolen money from innocent just get by Americans! These people need to be put on front street.

I ordered a I saw and add for a "GTA 26 Battery Operated Woodcutter" in a game app on my phone. The ad shows this Battery Operated Wood Cutter for $29.99, as does the website when you click on the ad. (link: https://www.arykopdes.store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=). Once on the website, which looks completely legit. There were other closeout type deals so I also ordered a "BEST HELPER-MULTI-FUNCTION CIRCULAR SAW" for $22.99 Link: https://www.arykopdes.store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=14. This is a smaller version of a circular saw, for trim work. I thought these would be great christmas gifts for my husband. And I threw in 4 lighted leafy garlands, which looked to be nice quality, and by ordering 4 they would take 10% off the total.

My first feeling of unease came when I got the confirmation that the order shipped, it showed pictures of the items I ordered, no 10% discount on the light strands but whatever, it wasn't much. It also had this note underneath the picure of that small circular saw that stated "(EXCLUDE CIRCULAR SAW)". WHAT? Of course it was too late for me to cancel, I had no choice but to receive the order then attempt to resolve.

The package finally arrives after 3 weeks or so. The light strands are so cheaply made, I'm not sure if I can use them or not (and 1 has a piece loose, so probably broken). The other items? For the "Battery operated wood cutter" they sent some plastic something that they are calling a chainsaw chain sharpener, and that "multi-function circular saw" is a package of off brand blades for a small multi function circular saw.

I immediately sent email to attempt to contact them... twice. They did not respond until after I opened a dispute with PayPal, and it was to tell me that there were multiple options on the website and I had chosen the wrong one... for both items. I did not remember there being choices, but I went to the website and did see a dropdown for the cutter, BUT... the Picture AND description of what you are ordering does not change... when I went to the website, and landed on the Cutter for 29.99, I clicked order, and it stated that I was ordering the cutter... And now, the website is BACK to what I saw the first time (see links included in this verbiage) - THERE IS NO DROPDOWN. The website briefly came up as unavailable, which is when I opened the dispute. They are up and running again, with same falsely advertised products.

For both of these items, this is blatant false advertising, where one item is shown on the order screen, and then a different item of MUCH lower value is shipped (Bait and Switch). The website doesn't show these other options that they shipped.

Returning these items would cost $24.99, AND they state that once the return is received they will "apply for a refund" So even then, no guarantee of getting balance of money back. My level of trust with this "store" tells me I'd just be out ANOTHER $24.99.
