False advertising. Items are not as they are described in their descriptions, ie. embroidered sweaters. The items received weren't even as thick as a sweatshirt. I'm not sure what the material is but a picture is printed on the material NOT embroidered and is definitely not a sweater. I have asked for a refund to be credited back to the credit card I used to make the purchase. They keep offering coupons for a percentage off their products. I would never buy another item from this company and want to make sure others know this company is scamming people. Can I receive help in obtaining a refund?
