slow delivery, wrong size and no resolution on returns

I ordered a large sweatshirt. The sweatshirt was shipped from the US, which was not stated on their website. The shipping took over 2 weeks and was delayed from the event I ordered. When it finally arrived, the size was 2XL. I emailed the company multiple times to return the item for a full refund but they refused. I met all their requirements. There was no size label on the sweatshirt so they asked me to measure the sweatshirt and send a picture. I did so. All I wanted to do was return the item for a refund. I have screenshots of all the email correspondence and pictures as well as their website.
