I have ordered from Artfily several times before and have had no problem with receiving my order. This time I ordered 2 canvases back in August. I didn't really think anything of it taking so long to get a preview of my order cause I knew it takes a little bit to get it out. But almost 17 days had passed and I had sent two emails just confirming on when I would get an update or a shipping transaction number and never heard back. Then I tried going to the website and it kept saying Be Back Soon. So now I'm out of the product and money.

Artfily illegally resold my images

Artfily owners Meagan Broadwater and Dean Broadwater illegally resold my images for a profit. When I messaged them, they blocked me. I am not their only victim. They have resold others images, too.

This is not a business, it's a scam.

Their site says orders can be canceled within 6 hours, I tried 30 minutes after ordering and they refused. They then sent a digital pic with words misspelled. Not difficult words but "rainbow". Then proceeded to argue with me and say it's my fault

Lost my husband to covid 19 ordered two posters of him and one of his cousin spent $400 total. They company gave me a fake shipment date for March 24, 2021 after I made a complaint on their Facebook page and after they blocked me from speaking my truth. I just wanted to remember him but no they just couldn't do right period.
