Fake business. We made a purchase and have not received any products. We emailed them they reply with the same email stating high volume expect 4-6 weeks for shipment. It’s been over 2 months. They still reply with he same email saying you will receive product 4-6 weeks. When you reply it’s been over 2 months the same reply is given. Called the phone number and you get a recording phone number is busy and cannot take calls right now. Don’t buy anything from them. They are a fake business.

Should have listened to intuition! The whole thing seems a little off; I tried contacting then but their information does not match up, and when I placed my order the same item i just purchased popped up as a "next order purchase" for a couple dollars off. Then I got my scam alert from my bank.

I ordered an incense waterfall for an anniversary gift. I placed the order on September 8th, 2020 which totaled around 65 dollars. I was told the item would take longer due to covid. A tracking number was created September 16th, then nothing. It is not November 16th and I have not received the item not have I received any word from the company whom I contacted numerous times. I disputed the claim with paypal and am awaiting their decision. Every time I would email the company I would get the same automated response that was made to look like a real email from a rep, but it was a boiler plate with my name. I even asked for a full refund as the item did not ship and received the same response.
