She provided pictures (that were same as website) I put a deposit of 1000.00, started to make arrangements for delivery of puppy.
Had several arranged schedule dates that were not kept, tried to make contact - very slow to respond. Tried again to make suitable arrangements and again she asked to push the date out, when asking for proof of puppy (video, updated pictures, to Skype or FaceTime) Jen said she was unable to provide. After much thought, decided to relinquish my interest in the puppy as we understood the breeder was not forthcoming and honest. Asking for our deposit back, as no goods were provided. She refused.
I believe this to be a scam, asking for deposit, no goods provided and then refusing to return deposit. I have made several attempts to resolve the matter with no avail.
