My grandma received a call stating that she needed to pay check n go in the amount of $1,500 if she wanted to stay out of court. they offered to take payment over the phone via routing and account number and debit card number. they continuously called for weeks. i called them back today ( 01/8/26) and they told me that tomorrow (01/09/26) they would be issuing an arrest warrant as well court papers, when i asked them what address they have on file they would not tell me. my sister called them back a few moments later and told her that they would not be telling her anything and said “ we will see you in court” and hung up on her. they have my grandmas full name, social security number, routing and account information and her debit card information.
