On July 4, 2018, I contributed on Indiegogo to a product that looked very promising: Arbor Instant Video Doorbell. The product was supposed to be delivered by August 2018. As of today's date (1/27/2020), the campaign has earned $139,989 from 875 backers, but no product has ever been delivered. Updates from the business were few and far between and stopped all-together as of April 2019. I have requested multiple times for a refund from the company, through Indiegogo and directly through the email the company provided in their last update. Arbor Home is still advertising their Video Doorbell on Facebook and Twitter. This company has obviously "taken the money and ran".
