We were looking for a cavapoo puppy. They sent pictures indicating Lizzie was available. She was 12 weeks old. They provided information about how they take care of their puppies and explained they would deliver. We told them we wanted to pick up the puppy and not ship it. They gave us the address listed and said they needed a $210 deposit, which was given. They indicated we could pick up the puppy on Saturday. Next day we are not getting responses to messages. We started investigating. The real estate records for that address do not include the name Jose Stonewall. I then searched for the phone number listed on their website and found the ScamPulse.com result as the 2nd hit. We obviously failed to do our due diligence. We've learned NOT to use Facebook at all for puppy searching. Sad.
