Arabellahair sent me a fake synthetic wig instead of human hair

I bought a brown human hair wig from the website arabellahair.com. When it arrived , the outer packaging says “content” -“synthetic wig” which is FAKE HAIR not Human hair. They claim they put synthetic to avoid paying a tax which is also illegal !!! The wig was also the wrong color and looked extremely shiny and cheap. I contacted them at [email protected] for a return because their website says 30 day returns !! When asked for return instructions ; I was told I needed to send pictures which I did and I was still not given refund info. They told me they don’t provide a return label , but won’t give me any other instructions on how to return this item for my money back. I lost $169.00. I will dispute this charge with my bank , I suffer from hair loss and can not believe this company is still in business ! So many similar reviews/ experiences to mine. Do not order from here !
