I placed an order for a particular wig on this website, arabellahair.com, and when I ordered I never received any order confirmation. Days went by and I decided to contact customer service which links to a WhatsApp chat where I stated I didn’t receive any order confirmation or further communication. I then got an email stating that I should receive the wig on a Friday. The wig came the next day which was a Tuesday and it was a completely different wig from what I ordered. I spent $200 on this order. I then contacted customer service again providing evidence and was told that the wig looks the way it does because of the lighting I’m in and the photos on THEIR website uses filters. I then went to check my order history on the website and they put the inaccurate wig information for the wig they sent me as what I actually ordered. I know for a fact I did not order that wig as I would have never ordered that as it’s not something I ever wanted. This also explains why I never received an order confirmation! Complete scam!
