Type of a scam Debt Collections

I was contacted by a place named A&R Recovery saying they were a debt collector the gentleman I was on the phone with was rude, I asked for a paper copy of the debt he stated they can't send out any information, then proceeded to call me a Little B**** and hung up. I called back to speak with a supervisor he stated "is this miss mouthy," then placed me on hold didn't bother asking why or who I was, then came on I Said I would like to speak to your supervisor I was transferred to a lady named Lidia I tried to explain what happened and she said she didn't care she was a Christian and not to laugh but she don't want to hear anything. Then again I asked for proper information she said no, then said that is one of my best workers I doubt he called you the B word well calls are recorded and I have a witness who heard everything, I would like legal charges brought against them not only for harassment but the fact they refuse to give me any information let alone an address for them. Not only that they will not let me file a complaint on how I have been treated.
