I have been communicating with someone named Luz Ruiz, supposedly the Advert Coordinator for Aqua America. He told me I would be receiving a check in the mail and I could keep $1000.00 from this check and the rest would go to the people who would put the “wrap” on my car. I got the check today for $5100.00 made out to me from The School District of Brentwood Borough General Fund in Pittsburgh, PA. There is a letter included telling me to text him at 1-336-441-1082 and then email him at “[email protected]” for security of the check. Here are photos for other peoples protection.
