The scammer drove up in a Prius with no identification or uniform. He arrive in a collar shirt, gym pants and slide sandles. He had a tool box and came in a looked at the washing machine. He looked a the washing machine for like 5 minutes and when I asked about warranty he said they aren't. So I told him we would wait an he said there was a fee of 90 dollars. I told him he had not provided a service and the website linked to his company said free estimates, no obligations. He preceded to argue with me and say nothing is free and I reiterated what his company was linked to was saying differently. He called his manager and they preceded to have a conversation in their native language and then he told me he could do 80 cash. He was making me feel uncomfortable and so I gave him the 80 and asked him to leave but to give me an invoice. He told me to wait for him but I followed him to the car to ensure I received the invoice. The invoice has no website or address for company. There are spelling errors in the invoice as well. He had no business card to provide when I asked for that as well. He has my name and address.
