The technician arrived at my house on 4/4/24 at 5 PM . The technician stated my refrigerator was shooting an error two minutes after being in my house that was going to cost $720. I stated I was not prepared for such a costly repair. The technician said he could call his boss and see what the best he could do would be. He called his boss. The boss said I could have a $25 discount. I stated again it was very costly and the boss said if I was $20 short, it would be OK. The technician that came out was very friendly and polite and professional. He fixed the refrigerator in less than 30 minutes. The technician told me he was emailing me my receipt, which I never received. He was paid and went on his way and I thought everything was fine It worked fine. Thursday night and Friday am. Friday afternoon, I filled my refrigerator back up with groceries. Saturday night , It stopped working. I called several times and left messages, no one ever called me back. I also called for my receipt and I was told I was getting it emailed to me again, still never received it. Now my food has gone bad and it seems like they are dodging me because no one would return my calls. I left a message on Sunday. Nothing!! I called Monday got in touch with someone whom was very apologetic and professional … this gentleman stated that a technician would be by Tuesday morning between the hours of 8-1. No one ever showed up ,no one ever called. I called three different numbers that pop up on their site and left messages on each number no one ever called me back. This morning which is Wednesday, April 10, 2024 a gentleman with a very stern tone calls me and states he will give me a money order to refund my money for the services minus the service fee, which was $129. The gentleman never apologized for my inconvenience or for the service failure that his company provided. Why do I have to wait for a money order?? Who knows, am I even going to get the money order? Everything else they stated to me did not happen. According to their page they are licensed bonded been in the business for over 10 years and give a one year warranty on their work. My repair was supposed to have a year warranty. It didn’t last two year two days. This was a complete scam !! No, I don’t have my receipt they just refused to give it to me. What I do have is camera footage of the service van and the technician that came out and went in and out of house for about 35 minutes. I am completely unsatisfied with this company and the way they handled their customers needs about the services they provided.
