I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS ILLEGAL IN THESE UNITED STATES FOR ANY BUSINESS TO CALL BEFORE 8:00am!?!? AM I WRONG??

Received a phone call to from number: 1-971-217-9927 on my land line(Hawaiian Tel Comm) @ 0517 hrs in the early morning!! VERY EARLY!! Voice identified as a contact from APIA HEALTH SERVICES!!!

5:17 am Hawaii time. Came from number: 1-971-217-9927

HAVE PAID THREE BILLS TO THIS COMPANY!!! ALL MONIES I'VE OWED HAVE BEEN PAID AND RECORDED !!
