Exact thing, got a well drafted email from Jennifer Quinn stating that she got my contract on LinkedIn and asking if I could send her my updated resume for Executive position. When I googled her as a recruiter, it wasn't there.

Exact same thing. Email from Jennifer back in August, then David in December. Same story, can't get resume' uploaded, please use one-resume.com
It looks like one-resume.com is the scam. I fell for it but only used the $20 quick review.

Apex Private Equity Recruitment Scam

I had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE as Della Schinner! Thankfully after getting the email from David that my resume wasn't uploading, I googled "Apex Equity Recruitment Scam" and found Della's story: I was contacted by Apex equity recruiter Jennifer Quinn who sent an email stating she had seen my profile on Linkedin and asked if I was interested in an executive position. After a few weeks, she asked for my resume and informed me that it would be sent to David. David then contacted me by email and had me send in a resume but then informed me that the resume wasn't properly formatted. He suggested I fix the format using these guys https://one-resume.com/. This is the heart of the scam as the whole thing revolves around the victim using the resume site (which is expensive) in hopes of landing a job.
