Product sold in TikTok Shop. Sent text with confirmation of purchase but has never been fulfilled and no updated shipping. The shipping number is also a number that does not exist with major carriers and the customer service email for cancellation or refund bounces back. The support email send the same information stating the product is shipped but gives no date or tracking information.
