ordered a product online on January 5 2026. I received tracking information on January 7th. On January 10 the tracking showed item cleared customs at LAX. The tracking has shown no movement from there. I called the company to check on item and the phone number is not answered. I sent message to customer service through their website and sent several before I received a reply. Was told they sent inquiry to shipping to be tracked.

Several days later | contacted them again as I still received no tracking update. The only reply was it was in system and normal shipment process. I requested current tracking information and was sent same tracking information that showed item still in LAX and last movement date of January 10. I do not think this is a legitimate company.
