Vous acheter un logiciel pour mettre à jour vos drivers et PILOTES, mais quand vous avez payé et essayez de l'installer c'est impossible.
Donc vous faites le 01 86 26 72 90, qui aboutit sur une plateforme (marocaine) où une certaine Elsa PERROT, vous fait un "lavage" de cerveau et vous fait comprendre qu'il faut qu'elle prenne la main sur votre ordinateur pour installer l'application dont vous avez reçu le clé par MAIL !
Vous lui dites, que vous avez seulement besoin qu'elle vous explique en ligne comment faire pas à pas cette installation,
Et reblabla et pour finir vous voyez qu'elle A PRIS LA MAIN de votre PC sans votre autorisation et vous regardez la souris se balader sans pouvoir intervenir.
Elle prétend s'adresser à un technicien et revient, mais en fait elle ôte la protection Windows et entre dans le programme pour y installer un autre module (?) qui lui va faire une recherche de mise à jour de votre PC (NEUF) de vos pilotes et la recherche va donner 16 pilotes à mettre à jour, alors qu'il n'y en a pas besoin.
Bien sur le lendemain vous aller avoir des problèmes de pilotes ! et c'est là que je me suis aperçu de la supercherie, voir du vol,. de données (?), en tous cas de la mise d'un virus sur l'ordinateur pour provoquer les pannes à distance depuis leur plateforme ou à Rabat ou Casa ou Fes au Maroc.
Le but c'est de vous faire rappeler et de vous faire signer un abonnement de maintenance qui va de 299 € à 2300 € selon la formule.
Bien sur j'ai pesté en direct, mais le mal est fait et mon compte débité de 60 € le prix de l'application q
pour mettre à jour les pilotes.
LE PIEGE : se sont eux qui envoie un message sur votre PC, comme quoi vous avez un problème de pilote en l'occurrence SON, alors que se sont eux qui ont mis à mal mon pc, quand ?, je pense à l'installation par une technicien de DARTY (?)
Donc à BANNIR et à dénoncer ce que je fais ici et je vais faire à la Gendarmerie en ligne.

I received an email from this company stating they were going to be charging my account $399.99 for a subscription I never set up. When I called the number they provided to me in the email, they tried to have me download something on the computer in order to stop the payment from going through. I refused to continue on and told them they need to stop it right this minute while we are on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed to "just get back on the computer and download now!" I said no! He told me to hold on and someone else came to the phone. He also tried to get me to download. I replied "not happening, do it over the phone. If my account gets charged I will report the charges as fraud. This is not authorized". He said there was nothing he could do and began yelling at me. He told me to "hang up ****** ******** I replied "that is not very professional for a business to speak to anyone like that." He again told me to hang up ****** ****** and the line went dead. If you are thinking about doing business with this company I would watch out.
