I ordered clothing from a online outlet store call Talbot. I paid for the items and the page came back as ANTETOON. They sent me a tracking number and after 3 weeks of waiting I used the tracking number and it said that my package was delivered, left at the front door. I have three doors on my house and at every door there is a camera and no package was left at my door. I never received my package. After complaining about the issue, they tried to refund 50% of the product that I never received. I never received any of the $65.75. According to what I found out online is that ANTETOON does not list a physical location or headquarters in the United States, and it operates as an online-only cross-border e-commerce entity with global shipping rather than a verified U.S.-based brick-and-mortar business and you can only contact they by this website: [email protected].
