I ordered two items, the Control Unit Box, and the Surge Protector. The price of $46.51. I never received these items, I ordered these items in Sept 5.2022. I emailed Antennadeals regarding the issues. the CEO didn't reply quickly. however when he did, he told me that he cannot sent these items that I ordered, he will only sent a refund. However, that never happens.

Checked out the website. 60 day return policy. Lifetime tech support. Got the antenna the very next day I ordered. Followed instructions for setup but wasn’t getting the performance that was promised. Tried calling the number several times for tech support. Texted and email multiple times with no response.

This company is deliberately misleading people. I lost $100 which may not be a lot to some, but when you are living strictly on social security every cent counts.

Do not purchase anything from this business. We would have been better off going to Best Buy or Walmart.
