I purchased clothing from an ad running on Instagram and Facebook. Once the purchase was finalized, there was no receipt, no tracking number, no contact. I searched online and found two other instances of consumers being ripped off by this organization apparently owned by Santav Solutions, which also received consumer complaints. The company is approximately one month old. Although the company told me through an email after an inquiry that I would be receiving a confirmation and tracking number, none such has yet to arrive. I suspect that this company is a scam.
