This is a very clever and sophisticated phishing targeting job seekers in need of part time employment. They use links to MS Teams channels and impersonate Aetna recruiters. In this case they used a fictious employee as part of a MS Team account and associated someone else's LinkedIn profile. The make you go through an online interview process through Teams without any voice or video call and then offer you a fake position and ask you purchase accounting software from a "preferred" vendor that are only Paypal accounts. To complete the phishing process, the actor will ask to use Family and Friends to wire money to different PayPal accounts instead of Good and Services.
