This Company advertises that it is a Canadian company from Vancouver. It is NOT. IT IS LOCATED IN China. My mother purchased three sweaters from their website and none of them matched what she had thought she had bought. When we tried to reach out to them to return, as per their policy, we never hear back. Today we got an email that they were closing and offering a fantastic deal. DONT be fooled, they are in China and are probably just closing down this site. Check contact info - no phone # no Address. Should have been our first red flags.

Dec.8 I thought i was ordering a winter coat from a Vancouver company. Paid $119. 65. Confirmation with order number came quickly, followed in a couple days by nicely telling me they were over run with orders so it might take longer. Emailed 2 weeks later, but no date given for delivery. At 3 weeks my email got a tracking number. But I couldn't use tracking without paying for the app. Thats not right. They don't reply to emails since so I looked up reviews. They're a scam.

Products ordered Dec 24/25 never received tracking number, products still not received as of Jan 08/26. Unable to contact company directly but left message on Facebook site.

Anna & Rose pose as reputable Vancouver and Toronto stores selling high-end goods, whereas they are based in China, selling the cheapest--possibly made goods. Complete scam.
