I placed an order on anime crush on November 17th and emailed for an update on shipping on December 8th. I should’ve known better not to place any other orders on the site before hearing back from them, but I was trying to finish my Christmas shopping and placed another order on December 9th hoping they’d respond and everything could be shipped together. I messaged their Instagram for an update to my order/to check their email, no response even though they were actively posting. I commented on their most recent post, my comment disappeared. I couldn’t find any comments on any of their posts until I found someone spamming a copy and paste that they haven’t received their order and that anime crush will not respond to any email or comment since October. I realized I have been duped, so I opened up a dispute for the charges and my bank is waiting to hear back from them.
