I hadn't done business with the company in over two years and received a random $32.90 charge. I reached out to them and they claimed I had a "subscription". I have an email confirming that the subscription was canceled several years ago. I was able to get into my old account and see the address is from several years ago and idk how the charge even made it through since I've replaced my debit card since then. When I reached out to USAA they said they have an agreement with certain merchants that allows them to provide my updated info. I've contacted anese several times and they've made several excuses as to why they charged me but haven't sent any product and still haven't refunded me. I see this is happening to thousands of people.

I ordered from the Anese website, and after being charged and not receiving the products for a month, I reached out several times to customer service, was told misleading information about my order being close to shipping, and then was simply ignored after that. I called their customer support number and was told there was a problem with my payment info (even though I had been charged a month earlier) and was told to download an app that gave me bunch of security warnings and said I was going to be giving full access to my phone and banking info to whoever was requesting access.

I placed an order on the anese.co website on February 7, 2024 and to date, still have not received it. I emailed them several times requesting a refund and received no response for some time until recently I received a vague email that I should keep an eye on my inbox for shipping info. Based on my internet research, they send that email to many customers but nothing is ever received.
