I purchased products from Anese over a year or so. i ordered them online and received them promptly. At some point I had a subscription for one or two products. Then I cancelled the subscription, was not charge again and received no further products- all normal. Then, I restarted a subscription, I think?, (around 10/2/24) and since then have been charged for that product, and others, receiving emails with the "orders" I never placed, and my credit card has been charged repeatedly. NO product has been delivered. I have emailed their help email address many times, tried contacting them on Instagram, and tried their chat on the website. I have received no support.

Two years after canceling a repeat subscription Anese charged my card and claimed they sent me a booty scrub. Scrub never came and money was transferred to them. I emailed, used the chat, and emailed repeatedly and they never responded to me about any of it. I could not remove my credit card or my account by myself. Do not buy from Anese or Anese skin they are a scam. You will get burnt.

Anese (website anese.co) used to be a legit skincare product company, but apparently went under & crooks have taken over. I used to have a recurring subscription 3 years ago, but canceled to save money. My personal info & debit card were saved on their site. In September they resubscribed me & charged me 22.70 (total lost $22.00) for the product I bought 3 years ago. I had to cancel my debit & get a new one. I filed a dispute and was denied by my bank because Anese told them it was a legitimate purchase. I reached out to Anese (email [email protected]) and I got no refund, no product, nothing. They are doing this to hundreds of others. They changed their website so accounts are no longer accessible, no ways to contact the company, no address (they operate from CA, USA), they only allow you to purchase products so they can get your card info. They are literally taking people's money. Please help stop this.

I purchased from this company back in 2021. I only purchased one time. A month ago I got a fraudulent charge from them, where they charged me for that same product, 3 years later. I filed a claim, got a new debit card. A month later I get another fraudulent charge from them and had to file another claim and get a new debit card. I did some investigation on the internet to see if anyone has dealt with this similar issue. Upon investigating there are Reddit posts, an instagram page, and a website called Trustpilot where numerous others have been scammed in the same fashion. This company has turned into a ghost company now and someone is scramming many of us, with our banks not wanting to refund us. This company needs to be shut down and investigated.

This company used my stored credit card information (stored through Shopify from a purchase made 3+ years ago, the card was even expired and linked to my old address) to make a purchase without my consent and sign me up for a subscription with no way to cancel the subscription since customer service refuses to respond to my email. I had to report fraud through my bank and cancel my card.

Will charge your subscription and will not fulfilled or ship your order. Subscription site is not working and they will not cancel. Customer service is non existant. They are going to file bankruptcy and are taking all the money they can before closing completely.

Purchased a product through promotional content on Facebook (paid through Paypal). Confirmation email promised 48 hr shipping. Its been over a month with zero communication and zero product. They are daily making promotional content on social media and yet cannot fulfill orders. I have also read many comments from multiple people with a similar problem and are also not getting answers. These comments are also being actively hidden or removed from the posts. I have reached out through instagram, commented on posts, and emailed 3 times with zero contact besides automated messages.

Anese (anese.co) is a fraudulent skin care internet company that doesn’t ship products once they are bought. I lost $123.00 to them. They fail to return communications via email ([email protected]) and have blocked commenters asking for help on their social media. Many people are having issues with them.

I saw an ad on Facebook and I clicked it and it took me to their website and I ordered some products which never came I never received any email confirming the order or giving me a tracking number and I have been emailing them multiple times and they have no phone number and I have tried to contact them through Facebook as well I get no reply. The products are but we're a health cream to help scars and acne.

Do not order form Anese company because they have false advertising about their services and they tell you about the refund/cancellation process afterwards. I was told my order has not processed or shipped so I told them to cancel and refund my order. Upon them receiving that message they told me they cannot cancel because it already shipped (lies) and they do not offer refunds. So in reality they stole $71 from me and won’t give me a refund. They order still isn’t here (probably got lost, go figure) and I have nothing to show for it. I contacted their support team and they had nothing to say about where my order was. The absolute worst online retailer company and I believe this is a scam.
