Purchased internet television boxes from a individual who runs a facebook business called "Vsee Sales and Support Tri-State Area." Had trouble getting the boxes from over two months, the individual (Andrew Harris) promised a full refund. I also paid to send a defective box back to him. Took my credit card info twice over a month or more to refund me the amount ($998.00). Refund never came. Kept asking him and he said he'd send the refund out by check in the mail. Refund still never came. Now he's not answering my calls / messages and I can no longer access his facebook group to message him about this. He runs a company called Harris Connect out of him home (450 Alvord Street, Hamilton, IL 62341) and out of the nursing home where he is the director (Lutheran Living Senior Campus, 2421 Lutheran Drive, Muscatine IA 52761).
