These persons subjected me to fraudulent attempts throughout the Pandemic. They also stole my property on a regular basis while I was not present at home. I have complaints into the BCHRT and have an upcoming hearing at the RTB. In 2019 I notified the city of Burnaby building inspectors and bylaw officers that the parties renting the unit's were operating an illegally constructed apartment building. They were shut down and I was subjected to regular sexual harassment, mental abuses, and extorted regularly. After their illegal operation was closed down they moved their operations to KELOWNA. An**** & J****y H****g assisted Ingo W****** in his operation of unsafe apartrments where marginalized parties were constantly abused, forced to live without heat, and stolen from. These acts now continue in Kelowna courtesy of J****y & An**** H*****. They are once again operating with no regard for rules and regulations. They also targetted my aids that help me navigate my disabilities
