Ordered a piece of jewelry from this company, Ancienttreasures, in early December 2023. They send a set of cheap stickers ahead as a welcome gift from their office in San Diego,CA. Never received anything else for all of December. Found out after multiple emails to their support at [email protected] from “Sheen” that they had ‘lost’ my item and would resend a replacement. Late January they sent an email with tracking info that my item was out for delivery…in South Carolina. I live in California and promptly alerted them. Sheen responded via email that my package was already delivered to me. I lost $50.00 in this scam.

Cut to the chase: this is a scam Chinese company that even goes so far as to use a fake tracking site to show items out for delivery. Luckily my credit union has replaced to money in my account. Be very wary of ordering anything through social media sites.
