When the contract was days away from ending. The had a repersentative come to the home. Stating "you are valued costomers" for that reason. "A free upgrade to the system is available to you". After doing the "free upgrade" to the system. They then proceeded to charge for the free upgrade. Charge for new equipment. Charge for a new 4 year contract. When Bill S and Lynn R, representatives of the company had been made aware of the non full disclosure, the misleading of the customer. The said "it doesn't matter, you signed the contract". When it was brought to there attention that the authorized person on the account was not home at the time they clamed he signed for the upgrade to be done. And that noone signed any paperwork. They emailed a copy of the original contract signed and the new (upgraded) contract signed with a fruadulent signature. Lynn R said "its your right to get a lawyer". Some of the copys (letters) they emailed. Will not print in its entirety.
