My elderly mother is 84 years old and I occasionally check her mail and this one time I happened to check it and ran across this letter from American Water Resources. It's a scare tactic letter claiming all of these water related issues that she may face if she doesn't call them and add their line of protection to cover water service line repairs. I thought it was a scam and after checking on ScamPulse.com, I'm convinced that it is. So to all who may read this... please look out because it may affect you or your loved one. Also, I believe they fraudulently used ScamPulse's logo to create some form of comfort for those who may read the letter and therefore relax their guard. For the attachment, I had to fold the letter because it had personal information on it. Also in the letter packet, there was an enrollment form with pre-filled information including my mother's name and her address.
