87 year old woman received phone call from a male claiming first to be from the IRS, then saying that he was from the American Powerball Lottery and that the woman had won a Mercedes Benz and $500,000. She gave the phone to her caregiver and when the caregiver started asking questions, he got mad and hung up.

Received phone call stating I had won $3,700,000 in the American PowerBall Lottery. He gave me the winning lottery number which was assigned to me(I had not purchased a ticket). He said UPS would be delivering a blue envelope with a check for 3 million $ and a briefcase with $700k in cash to my door. All I had to do was send $146.18 by Western Union to - Merchant Banker, Attn: Andre Lawrence in West Green, Jamaica W.I.

To verify I won I could call him back at American PowerBall Lottery 1-876-599-7387 and ask for Bobby Carter. He said to keep it secret because if other people knew I had won they would all come to my door to scam me out of the money.
