Being scammed for a lottery but I won 8.5 million dollars

Got a call said they were from Las Vegas that they seen that I was playing the Publishers Clearing House for The Last 5 Years and won nothing my name was entered into a drawing and I won 8.5 million dollars and could pay taxes on it of $150 with a vanilla card and pay the rest as soon as I got the money they are trying hard to convince me to send money on the card to get 8.5 million dollars which is a scam when I tell him I called Publishers Clearing House he said no no where it was American payout Lottery once I go get the card with $150 on it they will be here at my door today to give me 8.5 million dollars I asked them for credentials or something verifying who they were still nothing but they got nothing in return one favor deserves another

Dorothy Austin with American Payout Services left message about "unclaimed package." As I have a package missing I returned the call. Ben Miller states I have won $2.5 million and need to purchase $250 One Vanilla Card to have funds transferred. Asked if phone number was home or cell but no other personal info. Told me not to share this info with anyone until funds are transferred. Not sure how it works but SCAM SCAM SCAM.
