I came across AORCS on jobabroad.com. I inquired about the program they are offering. With 2-3 days, I got a response:

Meanwhile after deliberation on your application submitted to our establishment; we are delighted to inform you that you have been selected to proceed with the recruitment process because there are different job vacancies in our job database that suit your level of proficiency. http://aorcs-org.webs.com/vacancies.htm

I filled the application form and emailed in on the 01/08.

Yesterday I got this response:

You have been shortlisted for the position of a Mechanical Engineer Assistant and your endorsed file has been forwarded to our foreign workers recruitment department in Florida.

And today, they offered me a job offer without doing any interview or even bother to call me for any information.

You should return your completed Job Offer Letter, Employment Agreement Letter (last page), scanned passport copy and the payment transfer receipt of your process code fee of $565 (Five Hundred & Sixty-five Dollars) as soon as possible to enable our immigration lawyer initiate the processing of your Form I-129 at the US Citizenship& Immigration Services (USCIS).
