Type of a scam Phishing

A lady called me today spam call me she called me back to back until I answer claiming she was from a company name American Income she also claimed that I ordered three McGruff missing kid kits but I did not receive them and have not received them then she also said do I have a spouse or if I am married or if there is another adult in the house and I said no then she goes well I'm going to hand you off to Jason he will take down some information and show you how to fill out these kids when I don't even have the kids I simply told her please remove my number from your list I do not want them because I never received the kits it is a ad or a post on Facebook claiming that you can claim a free McGruff kid kits for whenever your child goes missing but you never receive them I also see that on the better Business bureau website that it was a scam in 2019 they are also now saying that you can get five free kits they called me from an Idaho number but could not say what city or what state they were from she couldn't even really speak English she was Spanish speaking
