Spent 2560 for 5 year 75000 mile platni,mi, warranty 3/30/2022. When needed on 10/2-23 no answer at phone and email; non responsive. What to do the phone is 877/646/3363 and it comes up as invalid phone number. Where is one to go or what to do. I alone thos was a scam now but is there any recourse?

Purchased an extended car warranty for my 2016 Ford Fusion...additional 3 years and 60,000 miles June 29, 2022. Had an AC glitch last week. Tried calling American first to ask procedure if repair needed. Phone number for them did not work, have had no response via internet...

If you find any of these muther[censored]ers, let me know. I will personally make them disappear. I am very serious because I used a credit card to pay these scammers and yet I cannot pay off the debt $4200. I keep paying interest and yet someone got it easy while I suffer. Trust me, I am very serious.

Search for an extended Warranty online after Purchasing my 2016 BMW in April 2022 and came across the company in question everything seemed legit the conversation with Colin, the contact via email, the declaration paperwork, and at the time the working contact number.

It wasn't until April 6, 2023 when I wanted to use my discount to get an oil change, and wanted to contact the company for confirmation and some question that I couldn't get in contact with Colin or the business and upon research I discover that other customers quote u quote people was having the same problem with contacting the company. As I investigate further through BBB, the company is/was a fraud. I'm so lost for words. Luckily I haven't needed repairs, if so I would have been SOOL. How do I go after this SCRUM!!@

An extended car warranty for two private vehicles, from 2012, and 2011, was purchased from American First Auto Protect for a total of US 6,000 dollars on May 25, 2022. The contract was signed electronically by me for a so called platinum plan, term 5 years / 100.000 miles for two private cars. When a repair was needed, I tried everything to get in touch with, connect with the scam company. No dice, no phone number worked, no emails (all came back). The website has an enquiry section and when prompted, leave a message, or file a claim..nothing happens. This is a scam, fraud. I urgently filed a report with detective, police dept., FBI, FTC, and contacted bank. This is a scam. Please research this scam. Too many filed scam reports of a company, American First Auto Protect..shows up as a LLC Company number 5909217, and with an address...1967 Wehrle Drive ste 1, # 086, Buffalo, NY 14221.. who owns this scam "company". Who can be held accountable ? Many victims.

I purchase auto warranty for $2000.00+.. about 07 months ago. My windshield was damaged and called them, but given phone number is not in service. Sent email, no reply. Send an email to the representative, mail bounced back. I got the name of Manger from LinkedIn profile. I am going to send a court notice…, let see what can be done?

Iam on same experiences like other people. I buy from this "MF" American First Auto Protect, LLC ,Albany,NY extended warranty (Platinum package) for 2.my cars for $6,500 total last year (June,2021) and now just last month when I need make a repair claim for one of my car, I find about phone is not working (that's is automatic phone line from PC system) ,All emails is blocked and thru them website nobody responds back ower 1.month.
Iam ready for hiring attorney from New York for civil lawsuit, but on same time nake file report for CRIMINAL ACTIVITY on this company for FBI New York office and NY State of Attorney office. If anyone want joint with me,please contact me directly by email: [email protected] for more information I have and put files together.
I am not like,when someone screwed other people and this company do it to everyone, so them be Paid for this 10.times more ! Believe me!

Bought the platinum warranty paid cash. $3800. 8 months later had aircon go out. Shop and I called to get authorization. Took two weeks of constant calling by the shop and myself. They eventually have either blocked our numbers or are out of “business “ have sent letter to AG New York. Tried to find owners name to no avail. These guys need to be locked up.

Waste of Money. First lied to by Josh Parker sales rep. Stated the Warranty would start in 30 days but if not happy with the Warranty within 30 days then money back. That should have been my first red flag. A steering issue occurred on the vehicle after 30 days but deemed warranty not kicked in, but we will help pay for some of the cost. I thought ok pretty nice company…wrong. Colin Green then lied or hung up the phone when asking where my check was and I was told…it would be in the mail in 7-10 days…oh it was mailed out on the 15th…oh you have to talk to billing etc…nothing received anything. No phone callbacks. No return emails. They had no problem withdrawing the $2500 I paid them…same day. But couldn’t pay me the 300 dollars they promised. Liars and Very Poor Customer Service. Run don’t walk in the other direction…

This company is literally stealing money from people and not fulfilling services. They Ignore communication from victims and do not return or answer phone after screening numbers. I purchased an extended warranty from this company and they promised " check is in the mail for three months" with no check or services honored they are liars and scam artists and are NOT TO BE TRUSTED...many reviews will validate this as many have been taken and stolen from...they always have an excuse with No intention of paying...

This company owes me 1800$ was told that I would get my money back for over a month now because nothing was fulfilled by the company , they promised me I would get my money back an compensation for all the issues they put me threw in the amount of 1800$ that I spent for services I never received from their company ,
